Shipping Policies
When you place your order,
you can select a shipping option (UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air) and
the shipping charge will be added to your total.
Please note that UPS does
not ship to PO boxes. Please contact us directly (1.888.322.1740 or shop@spertus.edu)
if you want to send your order via U.S. Mail.
For most items, shipping
weight is rounded to the nearest pound to account for the weight of packaging.
International orders are
shipped via U.S. Mail. For international orders, you will be contacted
regarding shipping rates and arrival times.

In-Store Pickup
You can place an online order to be picked-up at the Spertus Shop
at 610 South Michigan Avenue in Chicago from Sunday-Thursday during shop open
hours.
Select “Other Carriers” from the shipping method drop-down menu when you
place your order.
Orders placed before 11 am
can be picked up after 3 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 11 am can be
picked up the next day that the Spertus Shop is open.
Sales Tax
The Spertus Shop is
required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to Illinois. We
are not required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of
Illinois.
Return Policy
We want you to be
completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason,
you may return your purchase in original and saleable condition within 60 days
for exchange or refund.
Shipping charges are not
refundable.
Please note that gifts can
be returned for store credit. However, refunds can only be processed on the
credit card used in the original purchase.
